After payment, every project includes a complimentary consultation, 16 or 24 bit .WAV files, MP3s upon request, revisions on my end for 30 days, project notes, and any necessary file conversions.

File Delivery Guidelines for Mastering & Mixing
For all Stem Mastering or Mixing projects, I require an approved current rough mix reference.
This ensures I stay aligned with your creative vision regarding balance and aesthetic.
When I load your premaster or stems in my DAW, your track in its current state should play back.
Processing & Effects

Leave in any automation or processing that’s essential to your track’s sound

If limiting or clipping was applied to your mix bus, also send a version without those processes for mixing & mastering flexibility

Client Agreement
1. Booking & Logistics
Acceptance: Submitting an inquiry or order doesn't guarantee acceptance. If Alexander Hume / Hume Audio is unable to provide services for any reason, you’ll be notified and the project won't be processed.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued for projects canceled and are processed within 5 calendar days.
The Fine Print: Alexander Hume / Hume Audio is not liable for performance failures or delays. Rates, policies, and equipment are subject to change without prior notice.
Revisions: Any revision requests made more than 30 days after payment will be billed at >50% of the original rate.
2. Ownership & Confidentiality
Your Rights: Ownership of the project remains the full and exclusive property of the Client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Consulting: During our sessions, we both agree to maintain strict confidentiality. Proprietary info won't be shared, promoted, or sold - it stays between us for the sake of the project.
Portfolio Use: I reserve the right to feature completed or in-progress work in my professional portfolio (website/socials) for promotional purposes. If you need a project or my involvement kept private, just let me know in writing.
3. Legal & Payment
Collection: Clients agree to pay all legal and attorney’s fees incurred by Alexander Hume / Hume Audio regarding the recovery of unpaid invoices or fees related to services rendered.
By submitting a project or hiring Alexander Hume / Hume Audio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
