Every project includes a complimentary consultation, 16 or 24 bit .WAV files, MP3s upon request, revisions on my end for 30 days, and any necessary file conversions (after payment).

File Delivery Guidelines for Mastering & Mixing
Preferred Formats

WAV, AIFF, or FLAC (32-bit preferred)

Export all audio files at the original recording sample rate, or the rate your session is mixed at (≥44.1kHz preferred)
Stem Organization

Please group and label stems clearly.
Suggested categories: Kick, Bass, Drums, Leads, Instruments, Vox, BG Vox, FX

Include additional stems for any elements needing special attention.
Processing & Effects

Leave in any automation or processing that’s essential to your track’s sound.

If limiting or clipping was applied to your mix bus, also send a version without those processes for mixing & mastering flexibility.
Final Checks

Ensure intros and outros are clean, with no cut-off transients or reverb tails.

Your premaster, stems, and additional versions should play back in my DAW exactly as they do in their current state.

Include mastered reference tracks (WAV/AIFF and/or streaming links).

If available, also send your own mix or self-mastered version.
Turnaround Times

Mastering: 3–5 business days after payment

Any revisions requested more than 30 days after payment will be billed at 50% of the original rate.

Submitting an inquiry or order does not guarantee acceptance. If Hume Audio / Alexander Hume is unable to provide services for any reason, you will be notified, and your project will not be processed.
Refunds are only issued for projects canceled in this manner and will be processed within 5 calendar days. Rates, policies, and equipment are subject to change without prior displayed, written, or verbal notice.
In the event that we collaborate on a project, both Parties agree that ownership of the project shall remain the full and exclusive property of the Client, unless otherwise disclosed and agreed upon in writing by both parties.
During consulting sessions, confidential and proprietary information may be disclosed. Both the Consultant (Hume Audio / Alexander Hume) and the Client (You) agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not to disclose, promote, sell, or use such information for any purpose other than the intended educational or project-specific purposes, unless otherwise disclosed and agreed upon in writing.
Client(s) agree to pay all legal and attorney’s fees incurred by Hume Audio / Alexander Hume in connection with the recovery of unpaid invoices or collection of any fees related to services rendered or materials purchased for services or bookings.
Creative Portfolio Use:
Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing by the Client, Hume Audio / Alexander Hume reserves the right to feature completed or in-progress projects, in whole or in part, in a professional portfolio, including but not limited to websites and social media platforms, for promotional and demonstrative purposes only.
